The Bridget Nesko Memorial Scholarship Foundation, Inc. (“Foundation“) was organized in November and incorporated in December 2022 as a registered New Jersey nonprofit corporation and received its tax-exempt authority (501c3 designation) from the United States Department of Internal Revenue.

Project KOCA is an initiative sponsored and supported by the Bridget Nesko Memorial Scholarship Foundation, Inc.

Activities related to Project KOCA will be funded exclusively by private donations made specifically for that purpose to Foundation and by grants received for specific purposes, programs and durations of time related to the KOCA pilot program.

This designation means that your financial or in-kind (something such as goods, commodities or time, other than money) contribution to the Foundation is tax-deductible, the value for which can be used to offset your net earnings/income for the tax year.

For tax reporting purposes, the Foundation will issue proof of your financial and In-Kind contribution to you within 60 days of receipt of your financial support, and in cases of material or service donations (for example, meeting space, computer equipment, stationery or time you invest in a Board, Advisory or Volunteer capacity) we will value and issue a receipt to you for such value within 90 days.

Donations can also be made by check. Such donations should be made payable to the Bridget Nesko Memorial Scholarship Foundation, Inc. and mailed to: Bridget Angel Fund, 184 Deschler Boulevard, Clayton, NJ 08312.

NO officer of the Bridget Nesko Memorial Scholarship Foundation, Inc. corporation, or Trustee of the Foundation will receive compensation or be reimbursed for expenses from funds donated to the Foundation, or specifically earmarked for the Project KOCA program,
